Confidentiality agreements are frequently used in a business setting and are executed on an e stamp paper when privileged/confidential information needs to be shared with a vendor/contractor who needs to know to execute the contract. A confidentiality agreement is also achieved when a new employee joins the organisation. For the employee, needs to be aware of or have the knowledge and trade secrets of the business organisation in their due course while working on the project(s). This is generally executed on an stamp paper or a plain paper depending on how important the information is to the consent or (one who provides the data or the originator), and the other party is the recipient. The confidentiality agreement can happen between any two parties outside of the business again depending on their needs and requirements.
